It's been a LOVE-ly weekend in Exmouth with 5 weddings in three days. If you're planning a destination wedding, then I couldn't think of anywhere more beautiful than Exmouth. With daily flights provided by Qantas, it's easy to get here! There is a host of accommodation to choose from, including the beautiful Novotel Ningaloo Resort. Make Exmouth your honeymoon destination and experience this beautiful part of Australia. Living in Exmouth means I get to dive the Navy Pier as often as I like! It's exciting for me when my couples love their scuba diving too and I can introduce them to the Pier dive for the first time!! Rated as one of the Top 10 sites in the world, this is an opportunity to get up close and personal with abundant marine species in one location. If you're booking your wedding in Exmouth make sure you allow time to experience the wonders of the Exmouth Navy Pier dive! The weather is perfect for weddings at beautiful Turquoise Bay, just metres from the Ningaloo Reef. With its white sandy beaches and pristine clear water, Turquoise Bay is a stunning venue for your wedding ceremony. Yesterday I conducted a lovely ceremony for a beautiful couple, barefoot on the beach. Their ceremony included a commitment to their children with lots of hugs and laughter. There is great flexibility within a civil marriage ceremony and I look forward to helping you create your perfect wedding in Exmouth. The 9th of December marked the celebration of the 100th Birthday of the Exmouth Lighthouse. In a moving tribute, the Lighthouse was lit for the first time in 50 years. The Exmouth Lighthouse is one of few kerosene powered lighthouses still operational in the southern hemisphere. With a brand new historical story board recently installed, spectacular 360 degree views to the Ningaloo Marine Park and Exmouth Gulf, the lighthouse is a beautiful location for your wedding. 2012 has been a wonderful year for weddings, whale sharks and other marine species visiting Exmouth. The Western Australian Humpback Whale migration numbers more than 20,000 and is the largest in the world. They certainly put on a spectacular show during their migration this year. With whale sharks, turtles and whales in abundance, there is something special about choosing a wedding location that the world's greatest species seem to love too. Thank you to all my beautiful couples for allowing me the privilege of conducting your wedding ceremonies in 2012. |
